2003年6月20日今朝、お気に入りのベージュのパンツを履こうとして驚いた。「フッ！」って気合を入れてお腹を引っ込ませないと入らない。

今日、お昼にちょっとピリ辛のスパゲティーを食べたら汗をかいてしまった。そこで思ったのだけど、こんなに汗をかくのなんてちょっと久しぶり。
Because I say in an office which always keeping cool with an air-conditioner. I must be selfish， saying that I wanna perspire to loose my wet， in an cool office. It’s really monstrous， I think.
