今日は本当に疲れてしまったので、残業せずに帰宅。雨が降ってきたけれど傘を持っていなかったので、イソイソ急ぎ足。

Then， I found a woman， who works for my company as a part-time worker. When I spoke to her， she smiled and welcome me under her umbrella.

そのアルバイトさんは、先月までは私の隣に座っていた人。仕事の時はとても大人しいのだけれど、私にはとても優しくしてくれた。

But now I often hear that the team she has been transfered is a busy team， and the relationship between part-time worker and company members don’t get along well...

西日暮里まで一緒の電車。私は一応社員だし、やはり同僚の悪口などを言うわけにはいかない。ちょっとドキドキしたけれど、やっぱりアルバイトさんもちゃんとその辺はわかってくれているようで、私を困らせるようなことは言わないでおいてくれた。

When we say the word， "ENVIRONMENT in our company"， over 90% means the human relations， I think.

色々気をつけて、みんなが気持ちよく仕事できるように私も努力しないといけないなぁと思った。これが社会生活って奴なんだろうね。
