subordinate・・・《名》部下

例によって同期が昼に愚痴ってる。話を聞くと、チーム内でジョブローテーションがあったのだけど、どうもその内容が気に食わないらしい。

"I never be left any single works. Just be put into the empty seat according to someone’s convenience. Besides that， I have no subordinates， in spite of other colleagues who entered in the same period."

とりあえず、今の先輩にいい所取りをされているらしく、自分が目立った役に付けないのが気に入らないみたい。「私にも下（新人）を付けて欲しいよ」って。

I don’t like that kind of expression. I know that it’s not a good personnel transfers. But I think that her such attitudes is against her.
