eggplant・・・《名》茄子
2004年7月31日私はやはり、相当疲れていたらしい。一度11時過ぎに起きたものの、またパジャヤマのままソファでぐっすり眠ってしまった。今日は、本当は眼科に行きたかったのに。。。
As I have no contact from my boyfriend， I decided to have a rest today. I’ve just started to watch the video that my sister had rent， the drama "24".
ジャック・バウアー、かっこよすぎ！でも3時間ぶっ通しで見たから、気付いたらもう5時。妹がキッチンに向かう様子が無いので、仕方なく重い腰をあげてスーパーへ。
Today’s dinner was tomato pasta with eggplant. Cut some eggplants into bite-size chunks， and sliced a half onion， bacon and garlic.
ナスをたっぷりのオリーブオイルで炒めたらいったんフライパンから取り出し、今度はスライスしたガーリックを入れる。香りがしてきたら、たまねぎを加え、しんなりしてきたところでベーコンを加える。
Then， put into 2 cans of whole tomato into the frying pan， and boil it for about 5 minutes. Finally， put into the eggplant which is already fried into the frying pan， and boiled together quickly.
味付けは、塩・こしょうだけど、ちょっと足らなかったみたい。両親に出す時には「とろけるチーズ」を加えてみました。父親は、もう少しガーリックが効いているといいと言っていたけど。
What should I do tommorrow? I hope that it’s fine weather.
