tail・・・《名》下っ端
2004年9月2日一緒に仕事をしている先輩が、あまりのストレスで病気になってしまった模様。休むほどではないようだけど、なんか口の中が腫れていて、唾液が出なくなってしまったらしい。

今日、上司がいない時間にこっそり聞いてみた。
「で、結局お話されたんですか？」
「うん・・・。だけど、やっぱり人を増やすつもりとかはないみたい。」
Her story was just as follow. Our boss is thinking that these over-time work is inevitable. Personnel transfer always accompanies extentional working hours.
だけど「もしもこの状態が10月以降も続くのであれば、それはやり方が悪いのではないか？」というのが本音らしい。やれやれ、そんなことだろうと思ったよ・・・。
She asked me "Are you all right?" Then， I replied "Yes. Because I knew it that those seniors couldn’t understand tails. I’m just work!"
彼らは、私たちを納得させる答えを見つけることができなかったというだけ。それだけの器量なんだってことがわかったし、私も上司を説得するほどの術を持ちえていない。
Even if I could do glean some data to persuade them， I believe that it’s better clean up the piles of work on my desk now. It’s preferential!
