All Falls Down

彼氏から「ボーリングはどうだったー？賞品ゲットできた？笑」というメール。そう、今日は会社のボーリング大会だったんだ。結果的に言うと、私はたくさんの賞品を手にしていた。だけど、それには説明が必要。

I replied "Yeah， I got some， but I need to explain the detail. I’ll tell you soon." And the reason is as follow. You know what?

人事異動の内示がありました。超不意打ち。私は7月から総務部らしい。出張も、外部講習のインストラクターの話も全部白紙に・・・。

My boss said "It was decided a few days ago. Of course， we don’t wanna send you out from our group， but the leader at the general affairs department designated you to transfer."

総務部のリーダーは、前の私のリーダー。ご指名を受けたのはとても光栄なことだったが、正直、今の部署でもっとたくさんやりたいことはあったし、思い入れはとてもとても強かった。

He repeated "I’m really sorry that you have to cancel your business trip. But please understand that you are not going to be kicked out from our group， but you were chosen because of your capability. I never want let you go..."

その後、総務部のリーダーからも呼び出され、同じような話を聞かされる。私はやむを得ず了承。しかし、一つだけワガママを言っておいた。

"Then， please give me something at the today’s bowling if you win" He laughed and said "Okay. i’ll promise it!" After that， other managers also promised me as well.

それが、私がたくさん賞品を持って帰ることができた理由。彼にその話をしたら「まぁ、そんなものだよ。でも、異動なんていい話じゃん」と優しい言葉をかけてくれた。
