My boss asked me to cut melon for snack. A woman sits behind me ordered me to write a document to open our next system.

だけど、仕事をたくさん任されて「なんで私ばっかり。不公平だ！」と思うのは、女の人の特徴（？）らしい。先輩（♂）が貸してくれたこの雑誌に、そんなことが書いてあった。

It also said that they(male bosses or seniors) entrust many tasks not because they’re vicious， but they recognize "you are capable".

そう言い聞かせてみるけど、やっぱりなぁ・・・。先輩、外出するなら、行き先とか、理由とか、戻り時間とか言ってからにしてください。。
