2005年5月25日マネージャーが変わってから、チーム会で一人ずつ自分の仕事の状況とかを話す場が設けられるようになった。それは先週のこと。
Manager "Then...why don’t you start from Mr.***"
Mr.*** "Well， I’m enjoying my job. It seems to be fine so far."
Manger "Okay， that’s fine. How about you， Miss.***?"
Ms*** "Me too. Everything is fine"
だから私は言ってやった。「私は別に楽しくはないですけど・・・。今月は（仕事）終わるんですかねぇ？ちょっと辛いです」
Coz， we have worked too much for a couple of weeks! What made us be happy!? There were some other seniors in our team though， no one complained about our situation. That made me sad a bit...
近頃やっと落ち着いてきたので、今日のチーム会では「今月分は終わりそうです。なので、今は楽しく仕事ができてます。」と発言しておいた。
I hate people’s behavior. They play the hypocrite in front of the boss always. And complain about his way behind. I know they wanna be in favor with him. So do I! But nothing gonna be changed if no one complains.
